The Police Station has no public car parking facilities. It is possible to drop off along Basbow Lane directly outside the public entrance. A pay and display car park is situated immediately behind the Police Station and accessed from Basbow Lane.

A portable induction loop is available for use throughout the reception area.

An accessible toilet is available in the waiting area. Access to the toilet is regulated by reception staff with an internal door release.

All areas of the reception area are level. There is good circulation space and adequate clear widths.

Access from the public entrance to the reception area is provided by a wheelchair platform lift or alternative stairs. Staff will assist visitors who may need help and a call point is provided on the wall in the entrance lobby .
